Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Ulhasnagar. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising staff, maintaining quality control standards, and coordinating with the supply chain team to ensure timely availability of materials. The role involves continuous process improvement, troubleshooting production issues, and adhering to all safety and compliance regulations. Qualifications Experience in production management, quality control, and industrial manufacturing processes Leadership and team management skills to supervise and motivate production staff Knowledge of supply chain coordination, scheduling, and inventory management Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field Experience in the industrial cooling, compressed air treatment, or dehumidification industry is a plus
