Melwach, a millet-based snack manufacturing startup, is looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead brand building, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy. The role focuses on driving growth across digital platforms, retail outlets, and distribution channels. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute Melwach's overall marketing and brand strategy Drive consumer awareness, demand generation, and identify potential avenues for market expansion (eg. grocery stores, schools, hospitals etc.) Lead digital marketing, content creation, social media, and performance campaigns Support sales and distributor marketing initiatives Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and campaign ROI Track market trends, competitors, and consumer insights Required Skills: 5+ years of marketing experience; 2+ years in a leadership role Experience in FMCG / food / snacks / D2C brands preferred Strong understanding of brand building and growth marketing Data-driven mindset and excellent communication skills (proficient in English)
