2D Animatics Artist to bring cinematic sequences to life through engaging and dynamic pre-visualizations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create

    high-quality 2D animatics

    that effectively convey timing, motion, and camera movements for cinematic sequences.
  • Develop

    fluid and expressive motion sequences

    to visualize storytelling flow.
  • Work closely with

    directors, storyboard artists, and animators

    to refine and enhance visual narratives.
  • Utilize

    AI-assisted tools and animation software

    to streamline animatics production.
  • Ensure

    seamless transitions, shot compositions, and camera movements

    to match the intended cinematic style.
  • Optimize animatics for

    smooth integration into animation, cinematics, and editing pipelines

    .
  • Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining

    artistic consistency and storytelling clarity

    .

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a

    2D Animatics Artist in the gaming, animation, or film industry

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    cinematic timing, pacing, and movement

    .
  • Proficiency in

    Toon Boom, Adobe After Effects, Storyboard Pro, Photoshop, or similar software

    .
  • Ability to translate

    storyboards into fluid motion sequences

    .
  • Understanding of

    camera angles, depth, and perspective in motion sequences

    .
  • Experience collaborating with

    storyboard artists, editors, and animators

    .
  • Familiarity with

    AI-powered animation tools

    for enhancing workflows.
