Role Overview: As an Infoscion, you will be an integral part of the Infosys consulting team. Your main responsibilities will include diagnosing customer issues, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring successful deployment to achieve client satisfaction. You will be involved in developing proposals, configuring products, conducting demonstrations, and leading small projects to deliver high-quality solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose customer issues, design innovative solutions, and facilitate successful deployment to ensure client delight. - Develop proposal sections, provide inputs in solution design, plan configuration activities, conduct pilots, and resolve queries related to requirements. - Conduct solution demonstrations, Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgetary requirements. - Lead small projects, contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver value-adding solutions to customers. Qualification Required: - Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models for client innovation and growth. - Good knowledge of software configuration management systems and awareness of latest technologies and industry trends. - Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities. - Understanding of financial processes, pricing models for projects, and ability to identify improvement areas and suggest technology solutions. - Industry domain knowledge, client interfacing skills, and project and team management experience.
