About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle end-to-end recruitment 2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs 3. Design and implement recruiting systems for the organization 4. Source profiles based on the job description from various sourcing portals 5. Screen resumes and conduct in-person and phone interviews with candidates 6. Network with various institutes, colleges, and hiring partners for campus placements 7. Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters 8. Manage employee engagement and employee relations 9. Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a warm welcome for new employees 10. Schedule orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the company culture, values, policies, and procedures 11.
