The Sales Manager at Angel Pest Management will be responsible for leading our sales department, developing strategic plans to attract new customers, increasing revenue through service expansion, and managing a high-performing sales team. This role is essential in driving our mission to make pest-free living accessible and reliable for our clients. Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth in residential and commercial pest control services. Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives. Generate leads, close sales, and build long-term relationships with clients. Identify opportunities for service expansion and upselling based on customer needs. Track and report sales metrics using CRM and analytics tools. Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Represent Angel Pest Management at community events and industry expos to promote services. Conduct site assessments with prospective clients and present customised pest control solutions. Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to company leadership. Qualifications & Requirements 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in pest control or a related field (home services, sanitation, facilities). 12 years of experience in a team leadership or sales management role. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tracking. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Knowledge of pest control industry trends, service protocols, and local compliance requirements is a plus.
