We are pleased to announce that Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking a highly motivated Andrology Student trainee to join our dynamic team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in semen analysis as per WHO guidelines
• Support sperm processing techniques (wash, swim-up, density gradient)
• Assist in sample collection, labeling, and documentation
• Maintain andrology lab cleanliness and sterility
• Follow SOPs, NABH/quality protocols, and infection control measures
• Handle and maintain lab equipment under supervision
• Record test results accurately in registers/HIS
• Support cryopreservation procedures (exposure & assistance only)
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical standards
• Assist senior embryologists/ andrologists during procedures
• Attend training sessions, demonstrations, and assessments
• Follow hospital rules, discipline, and duty timings

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of Andrology / Reproductive Biology
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good lab discipline and hygiene practices

Astrologist Course - 3months/6months

Qualification: Life science

Experience: Fresher - Who are interested in andrology - field

This is a Paid Course

Salary: Stipend 2k For 3 Month | 5k for 6 months

Timing: 9am to 7pm

After completion of intern duration - Full time job conversion with attractive salary
