Anaplan Data Modeler

As a Software Developer at Wipro Limited, your role is crucial in designing, testing, and maintaining software programs for operating systems or applications to be deployed at client sites, ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. You will be responsible for understanding product/software requirements and designing software solutions by studying information needs, system flows, data usage, and work processes. You will investigate problem areas throughout the software development life cycle, conduct root cause analysis of system issues, and propose ideas to enhance system performance. Collaborating with functional teams or systems analysts, you will convert client requirements into feasible designs and work closely with project managers to gather information on software capabilities. Your tasks will also include coding, ensuring optimal software/module development, evaluating operational feasibility, developing and automating processes for software validation, and modifying software to fix errors or enhance performance. You will prepare reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status, ensuring error-free code and timely documentation as per project norms. Additionally, you will focus on status reporting and customer feedback, capturing client requirements, delivering smooth and timely services, and participating in continuing education to stay updated on best practices. You will consult with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces, document solutions clearly, and ensure high-quality customer interactions through various channels. In this role, your performance will be measured based on continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of software for error-free implementation and adherence to release plans. You will also be evaluated on quality, customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, troubleshooting capabilities, and timely MIS & report generation.
