Visited the place today after watching a video on YouTube....the location is little on the outer side of Zirakpur....the connectivity is just great....also they are giving great deal for 3bhk.... approximately 65 lakhs for top floor which comes with ownership of the roof... definitely worthy

Approach road is more or less ok. Flats still under construction and tentative possession is Dec 21., which is not acceptable to most buyers. Offered price is very high and quality of construction needs to be improved.

Accessible location. Cooperative staff. Silent zone. Nearer to International Airport Road, Mohali. Easy accessibility from Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula. Small residential society with appreciable space in the middle of two residential rows. Pollution free environment.

No practicality while designing the flat. Non relevant things highlighted rather than spacing, storage which are more essential are totally neglected. Not recommended.
