Main issue is water shortage. 24 hrs Municipal water was assured but society now manages water by calling 10 tankers per day costing 10000 Rs. Within 3 to 4 years from taking possession, residents paid around 30lakhs for water only. As there is no provision for internal storage tank residents are suffering a lot
