We’re now looking for an Automation Engineer who can help us design and implement powerful automations using no-code and low-code tools like Make.com, n8n, Zapier, GoHighLevel, while also understanding the backend logic and integrations needed to build efficient, scalable systems. What You'll Be Doing Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using tools like Make.com, n8n, Zapier. Integrate third-party APIs and build custom connectors where needed. Design smart backend workflows that reduce manual effort and increase speed across business units (sales, onboarding, content ops, etc.) Develop a centralized automation library — templates, modules, and playbooks for reusability across clients and internal operations. Work with stakeholders to map out business processes , identify inefficiencies, and implement automation where it drives the most impact. Perform development logic when needed for custom logic, scripts, or advanced integrations. AI Automation Engineer – LangChain & RAG Systems Company: Ladder Location: Remote Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000/month (based on experience) Type: Full-time / Contract About the Role We’re looking for a sharp, execution-focused AI Engineer with expertise in LangChain and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to help us build production-grade AI-powered systems that solve real-world decision-making problems at scale. You’ll be responsible for taking raw data, unstructured documents, and logic-heavy requirements and transforming them into clean, interpretable, and efficient AI workflows that power various internal tools, automations, and micro-products across marketing, operations, product, and support.
