Key Responsibilities: Analyze business processes and translate requirements into structured workflows within ClickUp. Design, implement, and maintain ClickUp dashboards, automations, and reporting systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and suggest improvements. Manage task hierarchies, custom fields, forms, and automations for optimized project tracking. Train and support team members on ClickUp best practices and usage. Generate reports and insights from ClickUp data to support business decisions. Document business requirements, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Support ongoing process improvement and ensure platform scalability. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Strong expertise in ClickUp (workspace setup, automations, dashboards, integrations). Excellent understanding of project management principles and workflow design. Proficiency in creating process documentation, user guides, and reports. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with integration tools (Zapier, Make/Integromat, etc.) is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with other project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com). Basic understanding of data visualization or BI tools.
