Analyst - Supply Planning / Supply Planner

Job Summary:

We are hiring a hands on Analyst - Supply Planning for a leading Global Retail GCC based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of core supply planning, inventory management, and direct vendor/supplier coordination experience within Apparel, Footwear, Retail or Global Capability Centers (GCCs).

Key Responsibilities:

• End to End Supply Planning: Lead SKU-level seasonal demand-supply balancing, inventory allocation, and replenishment workflows for international markets.

• Supplier & Vendor Management: Direct coordination with factories and global vendors for capacity alignment, PO/ASN tracking, and delivery lead-time optimization.

• Delivery Tracking & OTIF: Monitor order execution, vendor delivery schedules, transit delays, and track OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance metrics.

• Inventory & VMI Control: Manage safety stock buffers, aging control, Inter-Warehouse Transfers (IWIT), and JIT/VMI inventory models.

• ERP & Systems: Utilize SAP (MM/PP/S4HANA) or Oracle ERP systems to maintain accurate planning data, PR/PO tracking, and stock visibility.

• Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate with cross-functional global teams (Procurement, Logistics, Commercial, and S&OP) to prevent stock-outs and delivery delays.

Key Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Material Planning, or Inventory Operations.

• Domain Experience: Apparel, Footwear, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Durables, or GCC (Global Capability Center) environments.

• Systems: Proficiency in SAP / Oracle ERP systems and Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP). Power BI/SQL knowledge is a plus.

• Education: B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc., or MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics.

• Strong analytical, vendor negotiation, and delivery execution skills.
