Job Description
Key Responsibilities

  • Client Handling: Work closely with the clients in supporting them for monitoring the performance of the investment transactions across various asset classes in structured finance.

  • Technical know-how: The candidate should possess reasonable knowledge of the processes related to commercial lending, especially corporate loans.

  • Process Management: Should know the entire process of financial spreading and covenant monitoring, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established policies and procedures

  • Financial Analysis: Analyzing and spreading the financial statements of public and private companies. Review loan agreements, amendment documents, servicer, and other reports, analyzing the financial covenants applicable to the borrower


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of expertise into financial spreading.
  • Good understanding of the commercial lending process.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal.
  • Ability to work well under pressure to Good understanding of the commercial lending process.
  • Desired candidate must have graduated / MBA/ advanced degree in finance.
  • Experience in credit analysis/financial spreading.
