How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities
The process Associate/ Analyst is an entry level position with minimum graduation qualification, should be willing to get trained in Insurance field. They can design solutions to those potential problems. Organizing and executing administrative tasks across multiple computer programs.

Conduct the given tasks efficiently

Identify and escalate unresolved issues by keeping supervisors in loop

Perform assigned tasks with accuracy and within a reasonable timeframe, ensuring all work is peer-reviewed

Support the team by collecting data, delivering analysis, and assisting in problem resolution

Communicate effectively with the immediate team, articulating points of view clearly

Provide support to meet client requirements, identifying, evaluating, and recommending options, and implementing solutions if required
About you
Qualifications

Candidate should be any Graduate or a Postgraduate (Non-technical)

Minimum work experience should be 0-3years.

Excellent command over English (comprehension and written).

Good academic record (55% or above).

Basic knowledge in insurance or finance

Open to rotational shifts.

Ability to work in a team and exhibit collaboration.

Should be able to adapt to organizational changes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word).

The candidate must be a quick learner, high on energy and must have a flair for customer processes.
