Job Description

ePO Administration: Install, configure, and maintain the McAfee ePO server, manage user access, and ensure proper functionality. Policy Deployment: Create and enforce antivirus policies across different device groups based on company security needs, including signature updates, scan schedules, and real-time protection settings. Threat Monitoring: Actively monitor for malware threats, suspicious activity alerts, and investigate potential incidents within the ePO console. Incident Response: Identify and respond to malware infections, isolate compromised systems, and coordinate remediation efforts. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on endpoint security posture, compliance status, infection trends, and provide insights to security teams. Patch Management: Ensure timely updates and patches for the McAfee antivirus software are deployed across all managed endpoints. System Health Checks: Perform regular system checks to identify performance issues, potential vulnerabilities, and address configuration discrepancies. Provide support and troubleshooting for Windows Operating Systems. Perform basic troubleshooting of proposed endpoint security solutions. Manage and maintain various Enterprise Patch Management solutions. Required Skills: Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems. Proficiency in basic troubleshooting of endpoint security solutions. Proficiency in various Enterprise Patch Management solutions. In-depth knowledge of the McAfee ePO platform, including familiarity with the ePO console, policy management, reporting features, and configuration options. Preferred Qualifications: B.E/BTech/B.SC with minimum 2-3 year experience required in SOC preferably in Splunk tool. Preferable Certification: CEH
