• Assistance in GST return filing, refund application, and overall Indirect tax compliance
• Financial accounting and expense accruals on Oracle Fusion for vendors and staff cost
• Liaising with internal business areas for expense accruals, ensure complete and accurate reporting of costs per function including accruals and contractual staff expenses
• Provide clarification / information to the management on the Financial Information
• Assistance in finalisation of books, preparation of audit schedules and liaising with auditors (Statutory and Tax audit)
• Ensuring payments of statutory dues within the set timelines.
• Demonstrate a positive risk, compliance and control culture through the identification, assessment, monitoring and management of risks and issues within the business area, alongside ensuring timely and appropriate resolution of control weaknesses, actions and failures that arise
• Assistance in Prepaid expense amortization, managing vendor Advances accruals.
• Timely reviewing purchase requisitions raised from business areas, managing open BRS & managing petty cash.
• Monthly analysis of staff claims and reclassification in correct nominal & cost centre
• Monthly CFT & other staff related accruals and variance analysis
• Assistance in preparation of forecast data for the management on quarterly basis
• Managing TDS compliance with respect to vendor payments & assistance in TDS related Income Tax Notices
• STPI and Customs compliance
• Periodic liaising with legal team for RBI reporting
• Coordination with Customs for shipment clearing requirements w.r.t. imports and STPI compliance
