Handle walk-ins and qualified leads provided by the company and ensure client success/Conversion. Conduct personalized site tours for prospective clients at the project location. Explain project features, unit plans, pricing, payment plans, and approvals in detail. Follow up regularly with potential buyers until booking is closed. Maintain lead records, site visit data, and booking updates in Excel. Coordinate with the internal documentation and CRM team for all post sales processes including booking and agreement processes. Provide regular feedback and updates to the project head/sales manager. Required Skills Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic English proficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft office and Google sheets Customer-oriented mindset with confidence in face-to-face selling. Ability to manage site visits independently and close bookings.
