Role & responsibilities 1) Implementation of all Store SOP's 2) Target V/s Sales achievement 3) Monitor all Inventory Replenishment processes 4) Staff sales briefing / training to be conducted on an ongoing basis especially for new recruits 5) Track individual staff performance 6) Shrinkage Management & maintain requisite SOP's for same 7) Staff Roster & Implementation 8) Follow up sales on a daily basis & report as per SOP 9) Maintain required Grooming Standards for self & team 10) Ensure Smooth operations at all times Preferred candidate profile 1) Fluency in Hindi, Telugu & English 2) Preferably having Exclusive Retail Brand Store Experience 3) Well Groomed & Presentable
