Job Summary: Amrita Online is hiring a Marketing Analyst/Marketing Manager who is both analytical and creative. The candidate will optimize digital marketing by turning complex data into actionable insights. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance across channels like Branding and SEO to drive student acquisition and engagement in online programs. We are specifically looking for candidates from Kerala, preferably those from nearby locations. Location: Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri (Kollam), Kerala Key Responsibilities: Gather and clean data from Google Analytics, CRM, ads, social media, marketing, website analytics etc.. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs (website traffic, conversions, CPA, SEO, ROI) Define and articulate, and evolve Amrita Online’s brand positioning Identify brand strengths and audience perceptions Plan and run digital brand campaigns Monitor organic search performance, identify ranking opportunities, and track keyword trends. Check site crawlability, indexability, and technical SEO Suggest on-page and technical SEO improvements Stay updated on SEO algorithm changes Use data insights to improve all digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, marketing etc.) Support A/B testing and other experimentation to optimize campaign effectiveness and user experience. Contribute to forecasting and budget allocation based on robust data analysis. Qualifications Bachelor's /Master's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics etc. BTech with MBA in Marketing preferred 4–5 years as Marketing Analyst, Digital Marketing Analyst, or similar role Preferably with experience in EdTech or online education Creative thinker with ability to turn insights into brand concepts Technical and Analytical Skills: Proficient in Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console Advanced Excel (pivot tables, functions) Skilled in Tableau, Power BI (data visualization) Familiar with CRM and marketing automation platforms Strong understanding of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs Basic SQL knowledge is a plus Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Able to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy Send resumes to jobs@ahead.amrita.edu
