Position Summary Role : Senior Maintenance Manager (Electrical & Electronics) Department : Maintenance / Utility Openings : 1 Role Objective To lead the maintenance team and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient plant operations particularly focused on the upkeep and functionality of Tetra Pak Aseptic Filling Machines . The ideal candidate should be well-versed in both electrical / Electronics and mechanical systems and experienced in managing utilities and plant infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Manage overall electrical / Electronics and mechanical maintenance of machinery and equipment. Ensure continuous operation of Tetra Pak Aseptic Filling Machines with minimal downtime. Handle installation, commissioning, and upgrades of equipment. Oversee utility systems: boilers, chillers, compressors, HVAC, DG sets, water systems. Ensure compliance with safety and legal standards. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Monitor spare parts inventory and optimize procurement. Support audits and provide technical documentation. Mentor the maintenance team and coordinate across shifts. Candidate Profile Requirement Description Education Diploma or Degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering from a recognized institute through regular mode only. Experienc e 10-20 years in Dairy/Food industry with UHT Plant and Tetra Pak machine exposure Technical Skills PLCs, motors, drives, electrical panels, mechanical systems Utilities Handling Boilers, HVAC, compressors, chillers, DG sets Process Knowledge TPM, Kaizen, and 5S ( Optional ) Preferred Background FMCG/Dairy/Food Processing; SAP/CMMS exposure; automation and energy-saving know-how Soft Skills Strong communication, documentation, and team leadership.
