ROLE PURPOSE (Creative & Clear) You will be the voice, energy, and brand architect of AmpliNxt Foundation. This role combines strategy + creativity + ecosystem storytelling. You will: Shape how India sees AECO innovation Build brand credibility nationally Drive digital presence Communicate with government, industry & startup communities Make every initiative visible and meaningful This is not a “posting content” job. Build & Lead the AmpliNxt Brand Position AmpliNxt as India’s No.1 AECO innovation foundation Develop brand narratives, campaigns, and communication frameworks 2. Program Marketing (Nirmana 100, AI Challenge, Convergence) Design creative campaigns to attract high-quality startups Build digital + offline reach for national programs Create storytelling around founders, pilots, and outcomes 3. Digital Strategy + Analytics Own LinkedIn, website, email, and PR Drive 3X growth in reach, engagement & community Build dashboards for leadership 4. Content Leadership Craft powerful stories: Founder journeys Program updates Impact case studies AECO insights Oversee blogs, reports, newsletters, videos, documentaries 5. Partnerships & PR Manage PR releases with national media Amplify collaborations with State Government, CSR, Autodesk, SoftTech Create strategic narratives for ecosystem partners 6. Events & Thought Leadership Shape communication for Convergence events Curate speaker narratives, agenda stories, and campaign messaging Build India’s AECO innovation identity through content REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Must-Haves 2-3 years in marketing/communications Strong command over storytelling & creative writing Experience in tech/startup/innovation ecosystems Ability to lead design + content + campaigns end-to-end Strong understanding of LinkedIn growth strategies Self-driven, independent, obsessive about quality Bonus Experience in construction / real estate / architecture (not mandatory) Past work with accelerators, VC firms, or foundations Video storytelling experience PR experience WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE SPECIAL ⭐You work closely with: CEO Government stakeholders Industry leaders Startup founders Global partners Investors ⭐You shape how India sees AECO innovation.
