Attitude issue. They feel they are the only one in Chennai No appointment, do not receive call. I had to travel 45 kms so had to confirm before I come for repair.

Poor service.... Were not able to find out the exact fault in the Mac book air but still raised an invoice for 48k. Very poor support.
