Job Title: Electrician – Farmhouse & Resort Maintenance Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrician to maintain and operate electrical systems at client farmhouses and resort properties. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, breakdown support, safety compliance, and uninterrupted power supply to ensure smooth guest and operational experience. Key Responsibilities Maintain and monitor electrical wiring, panels, switches, DBs, and lighting systems Handle daily electrical inspections and routine preventive maintenance Attend and resolve electrical breakdowns promptly Maintain outdoor lighting, garden lights, pathway lights, and façade lighting Operate and maintain DG sets, inverters, UPS, and solar power systems (if applicable) Ensure proper functioning of water pumps, motors, and control panels Support electrical needs for rooms, villas, common areas, kitchens, and event spaces Identify faults and replace damaged cables, switches, MCBs, and fittings Ensure electrical safety standards and proper earthing Maintain logbooks, maintenance records, and checklists Coordinate with supervisors/vendors for major repairs or upgrades Follow energy-saving practices and reduce power wastage Be available for emergency call-outs, especially during guest occupancy Qualifications & Skills ITI / Diploma in Electrician or Electrical Trade Minimum 2–5 years experience in resorts, hotels, farmhouses, villas, or large properties Good knowledge of single-phase & three-phase systems Understanding of safety norms, load management, and troubleshooting Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physically fit and willing to work outdoors when required Basic communication skills (Hindi / English / local language) Coordinate with supervisors/vendors for major repairs or upgrades Follow energy-saving practices and reduce power wastage Be available for emergency call-outs, especially during guest occupancy Preferred Experience (Added Advantage) Resort / hospitality / luxury villa electrical maintenance Experience with DG synchronization, solar panels, or automation systems Knowledge of STP, WTP, and irrigation pump electrical systems Work Conditions On-site role at client farmhouse or resort Rotational shifts / general shift based on property operations Emergency support during power failures or guest requirements Reporting To Facility Manager / Site Supervisor / Operations Head
