The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of workers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining the quality of work performed. The role also involves coordinating with clients, planning and scheduling work, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications Experience in team management and project supervision Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of landscaping, horticulture, or related field Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Familiarity with workplace safety regulations Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans is a plus Bachelor's degree in Landscaping, Horticulture, or related field is preferred
