1. Candidate must have knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry. 2. Perform literature search for the identified API molecules with regard to ROS, polymorph etc. 3. Perform experimental trials for feasibility/optimization against the designed ROS. 4. Candidate must record all performed experiments in a proper way in the record book. 5. Development and validation of the process for preparation of Intermediate / API at lab scale. 6. Implementation of the process at pilot/plant scale. Preparation and characterization of working standards, reference standards and impurities by using modern techniques. 8. Coordinate with CFT for regular activities. 9. Preparation of all technical documents related API development. 10. Follow all safety aspects of Current Good Laboratory Practices”.
