Urgent requirements for Gold Loan Sales with a Largest Small Finance Bank No. of openings: 15 to 20 Locations: All Across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Vasai, Mira Road. CTC: Fixed + Monthly Incentives + Allowances Financial Responsibilities: Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for gold loan disbursement and portfolio growth. Cross-sell insurance, savings accounts, and other financial products to gold loan customers. Monitor repayments and minimize delinquencies by ensuring timely collections. Assist in cash handling and safe documentation during gold loan processing (if required). Support the branch in enhancing profitability through quality sourcing and customer retention Non-financial Responsibilities: Conduct field visits and community outreach to source gold loan customers. Verify gold and KYC documents, ensure accurate data entry and loan application processing. Provide clear communication to customers on interest rates, terms, and repayment schedules. Maintain regular follow-ups with customers for renewals, top-ups, and feedback. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive and transparent service. Assist in maintaining branch hygiene, proper storage of pledged gold, and accurate record-keeping. Coordinate with valuation personnel and back-office teams for seamless loan disbursal. Additional Requirements: Any Loan/ Insurance/ Credit Card/ or BFSI Product Sales exp would work (preferrable Gold Loan) Must own a mobile phone and two-wheeler (bike) for daily field activities. Should be comfortable using computers, emails, and banking applications for daily reporting and data entry. Willingness to travel locally for customer sourcing and service.
