Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include preparing sales reports, coordinating with the production and design teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and support. Qualifications Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management Knowledge of Sales Strategies, Market Analysis, and Competitive Positioning Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills Proficiency in CRM Software and Sales Reporting Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the construction or PEB industry is a plus Job Location : Mumbai , Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar , Nashik
