Roles and Responsibilities As the Principal, you will be the academic and administrative leader of the school, responsible for shaping its vision and leading a motivated team of educators. Key responsibilities include: Providing visionary leadership aligned with the school’s mission and values. Overseeing curriculum planning, teaching standards, and assessment strategies. Driving student-centric learning practices, innovation, and co-curricular excellence. Building a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and accountability among staff. Ensuring compliance with CBSE/education board guidelines and regulatory requirements. Strengthening parent-school-community relationships and fostering a positive school culture. Leading initiatives for admissions growth, branding, and overall institutional development. Monitoring financial, infrastructural, and operational efficiency in coordination with management. Mentoring teachers and students to achieve their full potential. Experience and Skills Required Educational Qualifications: Postgraduate degree with B.Ed/M.Ed or equivalent (Ph.D. preferred). Experience: Minimum 10–15 years in the education sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (as Principal, Vice-Principal, or Head of School). Skills & Attributes: Strong academic vision and deep understanding of modern pedagogy and NEP/NCF guidelines. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to inspire, mentor, and build high-performing teams. Strategic thinking with experience in school operations, admissions, and stakeholder management. Commitment to child-centered education and holistic development. Proven track record of driving results in both academics and co-curricular domains.
