Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Inventory Executive specializing in Consumer Electronics/Electronics Components Procurement to join our esteemed team at AMEC Technology Pvt Ltd. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the procurement of electronics components from national and international markets, ensuring the availability of necessary inventory to support our projects and operations. Key Responsibilities: Procurement Strategy: Develop and execute strategic procurement plans for consumer electronics and electronics components sourced from national and international suppliers, aligning with company objectives and budgetary guidelines. Supplier Management: Foster and maintain robust relationships with national and international suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to optimize procurement processes and ensure a reliable supply chain. Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential suppliers, assess product quality, pricing trends, and technological advancements, staying abreast of industry developments to inform procurement strategies. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of electronics components, forecasting demand, and collaborating with relevant departments to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs. Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with quality assurance teams to establish and uphold stringent quality standards for procured electronics components, conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure product integrity. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and documentation procedures for national and international procurement transactions, including import/export regulations, customs clearance, and documentation management. Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency enhancements within the procurement process, implementing cost-effective solutions while maintaining product quality and delivery timelines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
