Hotel is very conveniently located if you have work in JP Nagar and surrounding areas. But the maintenance of rooms is not good. The rooms were dirty. Bathrooms dirty. Bed linen had stains. Carpet was torn. Only saving grace is the friendly staff. Room service took forever.
