Worst and Pathetic experience. Don't rely on the assurances. My entire tour was spoiled because of the non delivery (even after taking up with Amazon Helpdesk team and raising complaint) of my Samsung Mobile ordered on urgent basis. I need to cancel the order also for purchasing it locally.

Pathetic people the agency should be cancelled by Amazon. These people does deserve to earn an honest living. The agent boys are rude never takes customer calls.
