Key Responsibilities: Identify and convert potential buyers, sellers, and renters through site visits, calls, referrals, and digital leads. Conduct property presentations, virtual tours, and site visits with prospective clients. Maintain in-depth knowledge of property listings, market trends, and financing options. Guide clients through the legal, documentation, and financial process with support from our in-house teams. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals. Update CRM systems regularly with lead and deal status. Represent Amarba Realty at property expos, networking events, and community meetings. Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand customer needs and build trust quickly. Passionate about real estate, client satisfaction, and meeting targets. Fluent in Hindi and English; regional languages are a plus. Basic understanding of property documentation and local market dynamics. Willingness to travel locally for site visits and meetings. Preferred Qualities: Prior experience with real estate CRM tools or platforms. A proactive, self-motivated attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset.
