Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an IPQA Incharge. The IPQA Incharge will be responsible for overseeing in-process quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with SOPs, regulations, and standards, and conducting audits and inspections. The role also involves monitoring production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to maintain product quality and safety. Qualifications Strong knowledge of in-process quality assurance (IPQA), quality control (QC), and good manufacturing practices (GMP) Experience in conducting audits, inspections, and compliance checks Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Proficiency in documentation and report writing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
