Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with standards. Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with production teams to maintain ISO 9001:2015 standards. Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and audit records. Train and guide staff on quality assurance practices. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations with efficiency and accuracy. Ensure quality standards and compliance with company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Drive innovation in processes, products, and customer solutions. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication. Support team development through knowledge sharing and mentoring. Deliver results within deadlines while maintaining high performance. Contribute to sustainability and eco-friendly initiatives. Qualification Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in B2B or industrial sales, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand technical aspects of products/services and communicate them effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel as required.
