Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor based in Kochi . The QS will primarily focus on cost estimation, cutlist preparation for material procurement, and BOQ preparation for residential and commercial interior projects. While core responsibilities are technical, the role also involves basic coordination with internal stakeholders, such as the production team, purchasing team, accounts, and management, and occasionally, direct communication with clients. Qualifications Strong skills in Cost Estimation, BOQ Preparation, and Cutlist Generation Familiarity with interior fit-out materials, modular systems, and vendor specifications is a plus Proficient in Excel, estimation software/tools , and report generation Basic understanding of coordination with internal teams (production, purchase, accounts) Good communication and organizational skills Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field Prior experience in the interior or construction industry is preferred but not mandatory What We Offer Exposure to premium interior projects and advanced execution systems A collaborative environment with in-house design and execution teams
