We are hiring AM-HIM Services(ED Facility) for Noida Location

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of ED Facility coders to achieve productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
• Ensure accurate assignment of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and facility-specific ED coding guidelines.
• Monitor daily production and quality performance of team members.
• Conduct coding audits and quality reviews to identify trends and training opportunities.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to improve team performance.
• Handle coding-related queries, escalations, and client concerns.
• Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Analyze productivity, quality, and financial impact metrics.
• Conduct refresher training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management activities.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, client-specific guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality, Training, and Operations teams to drive process improvements.
• Manage staffing and workload allocation based on business requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Biotechnology, Zoology, Microbiology, or related healthcare field.
• Medical coding certification preferred:CPC,COC,CCS,CIC,CRC

Experience

• 6 to 15 years of overall medical coding experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of team handling experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in ED Facility coding.
• Experience managing productivity, quality, and operational metrics.
