About The Role We’re looking for a Graphic Designer (1–3 years of experience) who loves precision as much as pixels. This role is all about production-focused design, supporting our custom UV printing and engraving orders. If you’re someone who enjoys turning ideas into flawless, print-ready files and takes pride in error-free output then this one’s for you. What you’ll be doing Create accurate order proofs for custom UV printing and engraving orders Convert images into clean, print-ready vector files using Adobe Illustrator and photoshop Colour correct and edit images on Adobe Lightroom Prepare and optimize artwork for production (UV printing & engraving requirements) Edit and enhance designs using Adobe Photoshop Ensure correct sizing, alignment and file formats for production Work closely with the production team to ensure error-free output Maintain consistency and quality across all orders What you’ll need Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom (mandatory) Proven experience in vector creation from images (image-to-vector tracing) Understanding of print production workflow Experience with custom products, UV printing or engraving is a strong advantage High attention to detail and ability to follow specifications precisely Ability to work independently during evening hours You’ll thrive here if you Are experienced in production-based graphic design rather than only creative design Are comfortable handling repetitive order-based work with accuracy Have quick turnaround mindset and good time management skills Company: Alviras Solutions Location: Remote/ On-site as applicable Shift: Night Shift (8:00 pm – 4:30 am IST/8:30 am to 5 pm CST) Time will be re-adjusted based on day light saving.
