Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Fire Products and Projects division in Ahmadabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and executing business development strategies for fire safety systems and turnkey fire protection projects across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for fire safety products (Fire Alarms, Sprinklers, Panels, etc.) and turnkey fire protection projects for specialized Systems (Foam, Gas, Preaction System). Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, builders, contractors, and end clients. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals for fire protection systems in coordination with the design and project teams. Manage the entire sales cycle – lead generation, prospecting, pricing negotiations, order finalization, and post-sales follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Estimation, Projects) to ensure accurate and timely project execution. Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to remain competitive. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth in the Gujarat region. Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client data. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Fire & Safety) or a related field; MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fire protection systems or MEP projects. Strong technical knowledge of fire protection systems and applicable codes (NFPA, NBC, IS standards). Proven track record of handling projects and key clients independently. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and project reporting tools. Willingness to travel as needed.
