Position Overview The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, sales, and customer engagement across B2B, High-end retail segments and corporate channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in luxury marketing, high-end product sales, or premium real estate marketing , with a passion for luxury brands and customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Brand Management Plan and implement marketing campaigns to position the brand as a leader in the premium chocolate segment . Plan and execute in-store promotions, exhibitions, and product launch events. Collaborate with creative and digital teams to enhance online and offline brand presence. Corporate & B2B Sales Identify and acquire corporate clients for gifting, festive hampers, and events. Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate procurement teams, event organizers, convention centers and premium retailers. Develop customized gifting and product solutions for key clients. Luxury Customer Engagement Conduct marketing activities targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) , luxury hotels, wedding planners, and boutique stores. Represent the brand at exhibitions, food fairs, and lifestyle events to promote products and generate leads. Digital Marketing & Communication Support social media, influencer collaborations, and online advertising campaigns to build awareness and drive inquiries. Create and manage marketing content including brochures, catalogs, videos, and presentations for various channels. Track campaign performance and report marketing metrics to management. Market Research & Insights Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. Provide inputs for product development and new market entry strategies. Stay updated with luxury consumer trends, festive gifting patterns, and premium packaging innovations. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in luxury product marketing, premium property sales, or corporate sales . Strong understanding of premium/luxury brand positioning and customer experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Creative thinker with a flair for branding, packaging, and event marketing. Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and lead management platforms preferred. Knowledge in marketing analytic tools is a plus.
