Welder – Job Description Position: Welder Experience Required: 0–1 Year Job Type: Full-Time 📌 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and reliable Welder with up to 1 year of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will assist in fabrication, welding, and metal assembly tasks, supporting a team to complete quality welding work efficiently and safely. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Perform basic welding operations using MIG processes. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Prepare metal components by cutting, grinding, and fitting prior to welding. Ensure quality and accuracy of welds through visual inspection. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and responsibly. Report defects or equipment issues promptly. 📋 Requirements 0–1 year of experience in welding or fabrication. Basic understanding of welding methods (MIG/TIG/Stick). Ability to read basic sketches and measurements. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and follow safety standards. Physical stamina and ability to work on feet, lift materials, and handle tools. Safety gear compliance (helmet, gloves, goggles, etc.). 💡 Preferred (Not Mandatory) Vocational welding certification (e.g., NCVT, ITI Welding). Familiarity with metal types: mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium. Experience with plasma cutters, grinders, and measuring tools. Work Hours:· 8–9 hours per day Perks & Benefits: Salary up to 18000
