About the Role We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern who understands how to build and grow Instagram-first brands. You will work across projects, helping with content creation, reels, stories, photoshoots, brand launches, and daily social media operations. If you love trends, aesthetics, storytelling, and experimenting with content this role is for you. Key Responsibilities • Create Quality Instagram content: Reels, posts, stories, carousels • Shoot and edit photos/videos • Design layouts, templates, and branded visuals on Canva • Assist in building content calendars for brands • Execute launch plans: teaser content, countdowns, hero posts, reels • Write clear and engaging captions aligned with brand’s tone • Research trends, audio, formats, and viral ideas • Engage with target communities for reach and growth • Support influencer/micro-creator outreach • Track analytics: growth, engagement, reel performance • Manage basic DMs and viewer interactions Who Should Apply This role is ideal for someone who: • Loves creating content and experimenting with reels • Understands Instagram algorithm basics and current trends • Has a strong aesthetic sense (design, color, layout, visuals) • Is comfortable using Canva, CapCut, InShot, VN, etc. • Is organized, consistent, and able to meet weekly content goals • Has interest in lifestyle, fashion, handmade, small business, or creator content • Wants hands-on experience working on real client pages Bonus if you : • Have handled an IG page before (personal or client) • Know basic photography or product styling • Understand branding, storytelling, or community building • Can brainstorm fresh content ideas quickly What You Will Gain • Practical exposure to brand launches, content strategy & aesthetics • A strong portfolio of real work (reels, stories, campaigns, shoots) • Creative freedom + support to experiment and grow your skills • Mentorship in social media strategy, branding, and performance analytics Role Details • Position: Social Media Intern • Focus: Instagram content creation & brand launch support • Location: Remote / Gurugram • Duration: 1 month • Stipend: Unpaid Internship • Start Date: Immediate • Tools: Instagram, Canva, CapCut, VN etc.
