About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the execution of our grain-based ethanol distillery project from concept to commissioning. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project planning, engineering coordination, procurement, construction management, and commissioning of large-scale process plants, preferably in the ethanol, distillery, or chemical process industry . Key Responsibilities Lead complete project lifecycle — from feasibility, design coordination, procurement, construction, to commissioning and handover. Manage all project stakeholders including consultants, EPC contractors, OEM vendors, and site execution teams. Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and vendor documents. Coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation activities to ensure smooth project execution. Drive adherence to project timelines, safety, quality, and statutory compliance. Conduct regular site reviews and resolve technical and execution bottlenecks. Manage project documentation, contracts, and approvals with statutory bodies. Report project status and key milestones to senior management. Desired Candidate Profile B.E./B.Tech in Chemical / Mechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineering . 10+ years of experience in industrial project management , with at least 5 years in distillery or ethanol projects . Proven track record of managing grain-based ethanol or biofuel projects (100 KLPD and above preferred). Strong understanding of process plant layouts, utilities, and balance-of-plant systems . Excellent skills in planning, coordination, vendor management, and team leadership . Knowledge of MS Project / Primavera for project scheduling preferred.
