The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance operations of the facility, ensuring equipment is functioning efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include managing the team, scheduling and implementing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, optimizing maintenance processes, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards. The Maintenance Manager will ensure proper allocation of resources for cost-effective maintenance management while minimizing downtime. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills for managing and guiding maintenance teams effectively Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance procedures Expertise in Maintenance Management practices and processes Skills in Maintenance and Repair operations Strong organizational and planning abilities Knowledge of industry safety protocols and regulations Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred Prior experience in a leadership position within a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment
