The candidate should have hands-on experience managing interior execution teams and a strong understanding of quality control, safety, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Site Management: Supervise on-site teams: carpenters, electricians, plumbers, false ceiling workers, tilers, painters, etc. Allocate daily tasks and monitor execution progress. Maintain cleanliness and order at the site. 2. Quality Control: Ensure work is completed to specification, design, and quality standards. Identify and resolve workmanship issues or defects promptly. 3. Safety & Security: Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety checks. Maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment. Report and record incidents or near misses. 4. Communication & Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
