Job Description Sales OfficerPosition: Sales Officer Location: BARODA RAJKOT SURAT/ AHBAD Department: Sales Reporting To: Sales ManagerJob Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development: Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.Address customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.Product & Market Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the companys products and services.Educate customers on product benefits and usage.Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback.Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.Coordination & Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing and distribution teams to execute sales strategies.Coordinate with logistics for smooth product delivery.Key Skills & Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in Perfume /deodorant Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to meet and exceed sales targets Good knowledge of Massist Self-motivated and proactive approach Willingness to travel as requiredEducation & Experience:Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in Perfume /deodorantPerks & Benefits: Competitive salary Travel allowance (if applicable) Career growth opportunitiesIf you are passionate about sales and eager to work in a fast-growing environment, we’d love to hear from you!
