Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and contributing to the long-term growth of the company. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets Build strong relationships with corporate clients, and project managers Understand client requirements and propose signage solutions that meet their needs Develop and execute sales strategies and partnerships that drive revenue growth Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and client meetings Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations Work closely with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure client satisfaction Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior Maintain detailed records of sales activities and pipelines Qualifications: 23 years of experience in business development or sales, in B2B sales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong network in real estate, retail, corporate, or interior design segments is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and a hands-on attitude Proficient in MS Office Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field What We Offer: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Attractive commission structure Opportunity to work with top-tier brands and major projects Supportive and professional work environment Career advancement and learning opportunities
