1. Received customer enquiry and update in records. 2. Make costing of new product development. 3. Prepared development plan consider customer events and time line. 4. Tool design as per requirement. 5. Process design & development. 6. Review NPD activity. 7. Inform to management and customer if any delay in NPD as define time frame. 8. Review daily production as per plan. 9. Review customer complaint/ in-house rejection 10. Work with senior management to continually improve the NPD process and organization 1. Responsible for formulating the short and long-term NPD strategy 2. Product specification, manufacturing,. 3. Sample approval to ensure delivery and launch of products on time. 4. Maintaining the assigned product model design layout throughout the product development stage. 5. Review NPD activity. 6. Review customer complaint/ in-house rejection 7. Developing performance-based solutions 8. Providing support to the NPD team 9. Participating in new product status meetings 10. Performing market research to understand market requirements for new product development. 11. Identifying the needs of the company and integrating market research to determine the needs and goals of new products. 12. Testing products throughout the design process to troubleshoot any potential problems. 13. Sampling different materials, manufacturing processes, design tolerances, and other factors to find the best ones that suit the new product brief. 14. Delivering product specifications and procedures to the manufacturing team for production purposes. 15. Analyzing existing products to identify areas for improvement and updating current documentation. 16.
