About Medismo Medismo is India’s fast growing Healthcare Intelligence Platform, built to solve the unique challenges of the diverse Indian healthcare system. Our solutions use AI and voice technology to improve patient experience and empower field teams across 500+ hospitals and pharmaceutical companies. We are multilingual, offline-ready, and compliant with local regulations like NABH and DGHS. The Role: Co-creation & Impact We are looking for individuals who can work independently and deliver with minimal supervision. You will work closely with the founders, involving yourself in every stage of product development—from initial ideation and prototyping to deployment and scaling. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of features and microservices across our platform. Rapid Development: Build high-quality mobile and web applications ( Flutter Mobile/Web ) and robust backend systems using Node.js and PostgreSQL . Cloud Architecture: Manage application deployment and networking using AWS services like API Gateway , EC2, S3, and Lambda. AI Acceleration: Utilize extensive AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate coding, debugging, and testing, moving faster than traditional development methods. Co-Create: Engage in strategic ideation sessions with the founders to define product roadmaps and architecture. Goal-Oriented Delivery: Focus on achieving clear, measurable goals and delivering tangible results in a lean, agile environment. Technical Skills: Familiarity with the Flutter framework (mobile & web) and Dart programming language. Working knowledge of Node.js for backend development. Experience with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL . Exposure to AWS and managing API Gateway is a major plus. Strong foundational computer science knowledge and proficiency with Git.
