Responsibilities: Process invoices, expense requests, and payments. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain ledgers. Assist with bookkeeping, data entry, and recording financial transactions. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Handle petty cash and prepare financial statements. Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications. Strong data entry skills and ability to learn new software. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently and accurately. Experience/Education: A degree in accounting, business, or finance is favorable but not always required.
Plan, schedule, and execute daily dispatches based on customer orders. Coordinate with various Logistics/Courier companies for timely pick up of orders for dispatch. Prepare and verify all necessary paperwork for each delivery, such as invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills. Maintain accurate records of all dispatches. Address and resolve any issues, delays, or complaints that occur during the transportation process.
Accurately fold and pack products into boxes or other containers according to company standards and customer specifications. Inspect products for any defects or damage before and during the packing process. Label packages correctly and sort them by shipping location or other categories. Keep the packing area clean, sanitary, and safe. Operate the packing equipment as needed.
